If the threshold is not met the flight does not operate and you are refunded in full. Confirmation is shown on the flight card.

How a flight becomes certain
This is not a scheduled service. The aircraft departs once enough seats are sold — which is why the price sits far below chartering the whole jet. Here is exactly how it works.

You book your seat
Payment is taken and your seat is held. The flight card shows how many more seats must sell.
- 2
Seats are counted 72 hours before departure
If the threshold is met by then the flight is confirmed and the card reads “Departure confirmed”. From that point it flies.
- 3
If it is not met, the flight does not operate
You are refunded in full — service fee included. Nothing is deducted.
Flights already confirmed skip this wait; their card reads “Departure confirmed” from the start.
From Levent to dinner.
How long does it take to get from Levent to a dinner table in Bodrum? Flight time alone means little; what matters is the door-to-door time.

Getting to the airport, check-in, baggage, transfer on arrival.
Arrive 20 minutes before departure, 70 minutes in the air, transfer waiting on the apron.

Dalaman'dan dönüş, sezonda en yoğun hatlardan biri. Özel terminal kullanımı, kalkıştan 20 dakika önce gelmenizi yeterli kılıyor.

We pick the aircraft by route and passenger count. A smaller jet is more economical on short legs; larger groups need a wide cabin.

Each flight card states which aircraft will be used. If a change is needed you fly on an aircraft of the same class or better.

You choose from the menu during booking. Cold plates and breakfast are included in the seat price; hot dishes cost extra. Two cabin attendants serve.

A birthday, an anniversary, a proposal or a deal being signed — we can arrange whatever makes the flight special. Cake, flowers, a bespoke menu, or something else you have in mind. Let us talk up to 48 hours before departure.

Your dog or cat travels beside you, never in cargo. In its carrier, at your feet or on your lap. Animals that exceed the size limit on scheduled flights are no problem in our cabin.

Who else is on board?
We do not share other passengers’ details. Depending on the aircraft there are 8 to 15 seats; you choose between club seats and a divan.
What if the flight is cancelled?
If the departure threshold is not met or weather does not permit, you are refunded in full; we can also move you to another date.
What is the baggage allowance?
One suitcase and one carry-on per person. Tell us in advance about special baggage such as golf clubs.
Who operates the flight?
Flights are operated by an air transport undertaking licensed by the Turkish DGCA. JetKoltuk is the agency responsible for sales and organisation.
